After patch, some users still unable to log in (10099)!

Hi, I have submitted to support and am posting here to help get a count of the users who remain unable to log in. I am worried about being left behind now that the issue is listed as 'fixed'. I understand if it will take more time, but hopefully the team can acknowledge that these accounts are being worked on too and not being left behind. Here are details about my error:

First appeared: Obsidian Flames release patch (code 10099)

Internet connection: wired/ethernet

Attempted (didn't resolve issue): uninstall, uninstall with Registry Editor file deletion, account access revoked from Pokemon website and then granted from logging in on phone, same but granting access by logging in on PC, changing time zone, internet connection reset, multiple computer restarts and reinstall combinations.
