Cannot Select Radiant Greninja as Opponent

I was fighting a water deck and they had a Radiant Greninja on their bench. I used Boss's Orders and even though Radiant Greninja was highlighted to switch out with the active Pokémon, I was unable to drag it out or interact with it at all. I was also unable to click on the card or hover over it to see it's details.
