Account Creation Errors - 10/25/23

Hi everyone,
The team is investigating an issue where players encounter an error message that says, "Oops! It looks like something went wrong" when creating a new account in the game.
A workaround for this is to create your account on the main Pokémon website and then log in to the game after verification.
If you still experience an issue with creating your account, please get in touch with our Support Team.
