This game needs a timer during the prize taking phase.

I let the clock run out after my opponent quit playing as soon as they could take their first prize card. My playclock still read 23:59. Nothing happened when it hit zero. I believe my opponent maliciously chose to exploit the fact that there is no way to for them to lose, or be reported for unfair conduct if they make the choice to wait and waste another player's time.
