Double Queue

I've queued up for rank games and about three times now, it's double queued me. It will match me with another player, and before the game begins, it matches me with an additional player and freeze on the loading screen. I have to restart the app and lose rank points every time. Can I be reimbursed my points please? It's effecting my rank. Also please fix it. Thanks.
