Friends list showing that I don't have any friends.

Starting yesterday, the client is showing that I haven't added friends. I have 2 friends that I play with regularly that are having the same issue. I also have other friends that are NOT having the problem and my account is still showing up as online on their client and are able to send challenge requests. My client will show that I am receiving a challenge but I go to my friends list and it states that I have no one on my list. I have tried re-adding my friends and they have tried adding me but no notifications of requests are being shown. Please help me play with my friends again!
