How should a Chansey 151 deck work?

I would like to make a deck centered around this 'mon. I think Snorlax LOR would pair nicely with Blissey SVI. Any tips?

    That's exactly what crossed my mind the second I read this discussion. The only problem is the coin flip involved. That complicates things a great deal, completely discouraging me from playing the deck.
