Bug? Mimikyu and Wo-Chien EX

i was just in a match against an alakazam deck with mimikyu as an active blocker. I bring out Wo Chien to hit the alakazam on the bench, but I couldn’t select the attack to hit the alakazam. Lost the game because I couldn’t get that damage in that round.
