Slow Restart Time

Because the way adding friends works you have to restart the game every single time on Mobile to play the added friend. (This happens a lot in online tournaments).
The restart time is slow ~90 secs to 2 min.
Please address the slow restart time.
Or please fix the issue for having to restart the game every single time.
Finally why does it seem ro take forever ro proceed from the 9/40 on the restart screen???
