Bought a New Deck and Got No New Cards

I bought the Inteleon VMax deck from the in-game store this morning and didn't get any of the cards associated with the purchase. They do not appear in my collection, and when I open the deck that I bought, every card (except those which I already had prior to purchase) appears as invalid because I "do not own them". Not only cannot I not use the cards in other decks, I can't even play the game with the original deck I spent 1,250 crystals on. I've bought decks in the past (prior to the update) and did not have any issues.
I've tried restarting, deleting and redownloading, and using the game on both my phone and my laptop. Every time shows the same issue.
Please help I want to play Urshifu-Inteleon Vmax deck.
