Inactive for no reason

I have been playing Pokemon TCG live recently. However when I start a match, I am unable to interact with my cards. As soon as my turn arrives, I do get a card but after that I get no option to interact with other cards, my turn is automatically passed to my opponent although I am active!
Most of the times, just after the second turn, I lose the match the reason being I was inactive although I was active all the time. Why is this happening? Can someone please help?!
