Rare Candy can't be used to evolve the new 151 fossils

It seems like the new Stage 2 151 fossils are bugged and can't be evolved with rare candy. As you can see, the fossil has been around for a turn otherwise Kabuto couldn't be played. Kabutops, however, can not be played with the rare candy. Please fix!
