PTCGL is not loading on my computer since the recent update

Since the recent update I cannot get PTCGL to load to my computer and keeps on being stuck at 7/40. However, I can log in to a laptop without issues. Read on this forum that some others came across the same problem the last couple of days. Has anyone found a solution for this. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
