White screen after selecting language

After the game loads 7/37 it gives me language select so I select my language English and it tries to load next screen then it gives me the screen you see in the attached photo and when I hit the X it goes back to language select and the process starts all over again. Un installing and reinstalling doesn't fix it. This all happened right after the update. I do use a Samsung A7 light. What is the fix for this?
