Actions disabling during matches randomly

Since the update, every time I get into a match, my game with disable all actions I can perform, including conceding and even ending my turn. It's almost like the game is lagging trying register my previous action and then just stops. I can still hover cards and open the side bar, but that's it. For example, in my last game I went to evolve my Leafeon and then after that it wouldn't let me do anything else, as I wanted to use the switch in my hand. I was playing against a mew deck so it wasn't any item lock shenanigans. I don't think it's my internet since it has been stable while playing. It seems to always happen sometime one my second turn. Is anyone else experiencing this cause it has made the game unplayable for me?
