I played against a player that played Victimi. It has an attack with damage 220 and that says it can't attack during your next turn. So why did it attack? The player changed it on the bench, then put it again on active spot and attacked.

Moving from the active to the bench removes all effects of attacks on the Pokémon, allowing it to attack again. This is an intended mechanic and not a bug.

It was Victimi EX, I didn't know that even if it says "it can't attack during your next turn" you just have to put the card on the bench and put it again on the active spot and you can attack. I knew about the special conditions. It's a bit misleading. Well, you live and learn.
