[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

Migration issue

After telling me the migration was successful i found out that none of my old cards are there. I searched like everyone said but they are NOT THERE. legit 0 card from XY where i had all my cards and they are supose to be usable. Is there a delay before ill see it? do i need to play few game and they will appear? im so confused... try to contact support and they instant close the ticket with a copy paste answer like im blind.

    This game doesn't support BW and XY cards yet. You can only see them if you set the filter to show all cards. Expanded will only show SM-on.

    So its normal that i can see them with the filter NOT OWNED but i have 0 in owned? Even the trainer art i have none, same thing with energy i dont have them.

    I dont know if u did something but i opened the game, asked me to do the migration again and i have all my cards. Holy
