Hi,

I have problem with PTCGL on WIndows.

  • Cards freeze on air before reaching the hand and game does not continue (Occasionnaly)
  • A card like VIP Pass and Quick ball searching the deck shows every card in black and not selectable (Always)

With those bugs we can't even play and we are forced to concede. How can we fix this problem ?


In smartphone, no problem to play.

    It's an internet issue. That or you have a really bad PC.

    I have a gaming PC very recent. And I have fiber.


    I successfully fixed the bug of "black card" in the deck by executing the software as "Windows 8" but I still have the problem of cards freezing on air.

    Having fiber doesn't really mean anything if there's another weak link, like a VPN.

    Hi! So I am playing Flareon Box and when I use sylveon ex's first attack magical charm the effect "During your opponent's next turn, attacks used by the Defending Pokemon do 100 less damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance)." Does not come into effect and I still take the exact same amount of damage.
