How do I fix an issue where the app won't allow me to login?

Hello,

Everytime I attempt to log into the app, I'm either met with a never-ending login screen or a message that says my login credentials are incorrect. I have signed into my account on my computer and in my phone browser with the same account details, but they do not work on my phone. I have even ensured that everything is case sensitive with no spaces at the end of the username or password. Whenever I do not get the wrong login credentials message, I end up idling on the login screen forever with the login button turned gray.

    Hi, I had the same issue, solve it by getting connected in a diferente wi fi network. The app ask me twice the language, but at the second time I choose it the app continue normal to the logging account screen, and after that it ask me to allow public and private network (firewall).
