Please make ranked ladder current legal standard format

I'm sure there are bigger issues to deal with at the moment, so I doubt this will get much of an official response if any, but it would be really nice if the ranked ladder didn't allow new sets to be used until they are officially standard legal. I do pretty much all of my deck testing and practice for tournaments on PTCGL and as soon as new sets release the ladder is full of people trying new archetypes (4 out of 5 games at the moment are against Charizard ex). This is great for those wanting to test next format, but means that it's impossible to test against the current meta. The old PTCGO used to have ticket tournaments that you could test current standard format immediately after new sets released, but PTCGL doesn't have anything like this. It would be easy enough (I think) to make ranked the current standard, and allow casual to be used for testing new sets. So how about it? Pretty please?
