Could not Raihan after opponent's Chien-Pao ex KO'd my Revavroom ex

I unfortunately do not have any screenshots or videos. Chien-Pao ex had used Hail Blade on my Revavroom ex for the KO. My deck used the tools Exp Share, Defiance Band, Vitality Band, Rocky Helmet, Choice Belt, and Spirit Mask, but I do not remember which ones were attached to Revavroom ex. There were 2 basic metal energies and a V Guard Energy in my discard pile. During my turn, I had the option of using a support (Boss's Orders), but I could not use Raihan.
