Are vstar powers blocked by path?

Just had a match against lost deck giratina.. they played path to the peak and then used their Vpower to insta KO. Shouldnt that be blocked?

    no because Path to the Peak only stops Rule box pokemon "abilities"

    Giratinas, knock out is still an attack not an "ability"

    Depends on. Path to the Peak disables "abilities".

    VStar Power isn't ability in general, so not all of them.

    There are two kinds of VStar Power: Abilities and attacks.

    So, always read the power you want to use.

    If it is an ability, then it won't be working. But if it is an attack, it will resolve as usual.
