Battle Pass Server Issue

I think I found a bug while reedeming my rewards of the Battle Pass.

When i bought the Premium Pass and went to redeem my rewards, for some reason a message popped saying there was an issue in the server. I didn't think anything of it and went to play a match.

After said match I went to check the Battle Pass, in the chance i could redeem the rewards. To my surprise, it thought that I already redeem it, knowing extremely well that I did not. But not only that, for some odd reason the only thing that it gave me was the curreny (coins, crystals, credits) but not everything else: card sleeves, outfits, PREBUILD DECKS, CARDS, BOOSTER PACKS (the ones in CAPS were the most important). The worst part is that I was about to receive up to 46 booster packs and some of the cards were really good.

Does anyone have the same issue? Did the servers really had an issue or am I just unlucky?

Because it is a huge bummer that I couldn't get any of those rewards for something that I had no control or decision over. And I couldn't do anything about it.
