Hello Trainers,
We are aware of an ongoing service issue impacting TCGL including Ranked, Casual, and Friend battles.
Thank you for your patience while we work on a resolution.

The matchmaking issue should be resolved.
If you are unable to connect to a match, we recommend you send a ticket to the support team. To do so, visit support.pokemon.com and click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there, click "Contact Us".
