Currently I'm excited for what will happen to the rivals, and also everything not battle related like that room you can customise and shiny hunting starters without eggs (and a hopefully better postgame)
Normal SV only had sandwiches and raids (and shinies) in terms of good postgame content. DLC1 doesn't have much other than the things I already said, and Perrin and the balloon minigame despite the amazing story and it looking pretty. Maybe you can count the Glitterati and Loyal three statue rebuilding too, but I want things like contests, PR videos, Pokéstar, and Mantine surfing again even though that'll never happen.
At least something more fun than sandwiches and raids (SwSh's curry was better because I could move irl and also SwSh had more little things in it like buildings you can enter). Come on, every gen needs at least one fun minigame/sidequest.
