Unable to connect using android phone

Hi all !

I'm making this thread because i'm not able to connect to the game using my phone.

First successful connection was from my laptop, and it still work

but when I use the same account on my phone, loading get stuck at 17/35 and I get the 10010 error message

don't know if i'm the only one to whom it happen

What I already tried was to disconnect from the game on my laptop and then try to connect using my phone but still the same error

I also checked if my phone was not the issue, so I made a new account and that one was able to connect on my phone but not on my laptop ...

So my guess is that the first medium ( laptop, tablet, phone, ... ) with which you connect gets linked to your account and you are not able to log on other medium... I usually play on both platform so it's annoying to not be able to play on laptop and phone with the same account
