Timer on magical swap

Tapu Lele promo from sun and moon has an attack called Magical Swap. It allows you to move any amount of damage counters on any of your opponents pokemon to any of their other pokemon. The timer to execute this move is entirely too short. Trying as fast as I can usually I do not get to finish moving damage counters, which literally is the difference between a win and a loss when playing with this card. Could the timer be increased?
