I don't think that's it, I keep having this same problem with search cards lately and I've never tampered with my system clock at all - it goes by local real time by default. If you're saying it needs to be synced with *server time*.... that's just bad design.

Is this a deck you built in-game from scratch? If so, try exporting the deck, deleting it, and then importing it.
