Yet Another S/V Missed Opportunity?
So it's recently come to my attention that S/V doesn't really do much with its concept of Champions.
The whole idea is that in Paldea, multiple people can hold the title of Champion after beating the Pokemon League. However, the only Champion we really know of other than ourselves is Nemona. No other Champions are featured in the game.
Could they have done more with this? If so, what are your ideas? I personally hope they expand on the idea in the DLC.

It was an interesting concept when they introduced it in the game. It would actually make sense for an organisation to have one person (or even several people) operating as a kind of qualification test for a rank rather than a single individual holding the title and having it constantly change hands every time the champion loses.
The administration alone would be a nightmare.
Perhaps beyond that, they could have trainers of champion rank face off against each other to determine some kind of ranking system within the champion rank. They could have regular champion rank tournaments to determine rankings for a year or season, much like the way a real league might operate.
It could definitely open the door to featuring more champion characters to challenge in the game. Maybe even past champions from older games and other regions could show up and automatically qualify for champion rank.

I guess it makes beating her the bar. The bare minimum. As @D-ManBlue said, she probably has another team. Maybe we'll see it in the DLC, along with Nemona's team.
We already had the Pokémon World Tournament in B2W2. Why not bring that back?
