    Rock/Dragon, Rock/Water, Dragon/Fire, and Dragon/Water

    Arcanine (Hisui) with Intimidate or Arcanine (Kanto) with Flash Fire

    Coalossal with Steam Engine.

    Carracosta with Battle Armor or Sturdy can survive and use Shell Smash for +2 atk,satk,speed. or if he has Swift Swim can use Rain Dance to remove the sun and reduce the power of Flare Blitz (but theyll just switch back to their Drought pokemon again anyway).

    You can be cheeky and send in a Togedemaru with Sturdy and Weakness Policy. Setup Agility, survive a Flare Blitz, and if you dont get burned, you got a +2 in atk, satk, and speed. Zing Zap, Iron Head, Reversal, or Tera Blast for your other 3 moves.

    Switch in my Pelipper and make it rain. Then probably wipe him out with surf.
