I think the Unite roster is mostly unfitting for a MOBA and they just chose mainstream pokémon picks rather than something that fits with a MOBA.
I'd say stuff like Luxray, Garbodor, Samurott, Kingambit, would fit in. It would be also cool to have more references to the recent pokémon games rather than old ones like Ho-Oh. Hence characters such as Ogerpon would be very cool especially with his changing form and the terastallization. I'd also put Terapagos in even if non-usable. Such as a Rayquaza and Zapdos-type boss.
