Regidrago / Arceus VSTAR timeout bug

I'm not exactly sure how this happened, but I'm playing Chien-Pao ex vs a Regidrago / Arceus VSTAR deck. It was a normal game up until after I attacked (placing the 160 on Regidrago), my opponent drew & has not made an action since. The game's "concedes" timer must not be functioning properly in the game, because they just drew for their turn and haven't made an action for over 10 minutes on the time.
They're emoting to me also in confusion, so I assume it's similar to the former Gardevoir ex bug.
