I would like these Pokémon to learn these moves. Which moves would you like to see a Pokémon learn?

Every flying type should learn fly. (for obvious reasons)

I just want my boy Umbreon to get Toxic back. It was one of the only things that made it good in competitive as well as just being a good strategy with its ability to heal itself with Wish, and it even makes sense canonically with its dex entry: "When this Pokémon becomes angry, its pores secrete a poisonous sweat, which it sprays at its opponent’s eyes."

Snorlax to learn Slack off

Would be nice for Hisuian Decidueye to get Mach Punch, but that's pretty minor.

But if Lucky Chant was still available, what I would have really liked, was to try a Follow Me + Wide Guard team with Clefable, a Pokémon with Wide Guard and Comfey:
Clefable
Ability: Unaware
- Lucky Chant
- Cosmic Power
- Follow Me
- Stored Power
Comfey
Ability: Triage
- Draining Kiss
- Giga Drain
- Floral Healing
- Aromatherapy

Charizard was able to learn Tailwind in HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black 2, White 2, Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but it's not able to learn Tailwind in Scarlet and Violet.

Mewtwo should learn either Geomancy or Quiver Dance. Or get a new signature move that does the same as Gen 1 Amnesia. It won't be broken, just look at Calyrex-S
