I like the following in no particular order:

Lucario and the Mystery of Mew

Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction

The Power of Us

When it comes to Lucario movie, it came down to two things. Firstly, showcasing Lucario before its debut in Sinnoh games. Secondly, Ash-Greninja and the bond he'd later share with his own Lucario during Journeys was foreshadowed in this movie. For Diancie, it was the first movie for Kalos and considering I like Kalos Anime the most, it gets a reserved place in my top 5. Power of Us was honestly one of the best movies to have been made in the past ~10 years.
