Meowscarada ex Scratching Nails Damage error

hello ive been using the new Meowscarada ex in my deck but for some reason the damage comes out wrong on the Scratching Nails move
The card text reads as follows. “If your opponent's Active Pokémon already has any damage counters on it, this attack does 120 more damage.” now i would already have the damage counters up on the pokémon even use Radiant Alakazam to put some damage counters from other pokémon but instead of the 220 ( 100 + 120 = 220 ) it would just round up to 200 instead can someone please address this?

Or if you were against a fusion strike deck, was oricorio on the board?
