Cylenne does not allow you to pick what cards to put on top from deck. The game randomly chooses and has made my Dialga deck unplayable.
Number 1 priority should be making the cards actually work instead of adding new sets.
Really disappointing

It's not random; it's the cards at the bottom of the pile.
But yes, this has been broken since ASR released. The devs know but haven't been able to figure it out. Hopefully by September.
