Issues when redeem the code

Now, I try to redeem the Pokemon go code , the page says, “server error” and when I try to redeem again says that it is was already been used. But I can't see any pokemon go card in my game. I try to restart the game several times, but it not working.

I just had the exact same issue. I seem to have lost the 10 Pokémon go codes I redeemed.

Close and reopen the game, then check your collection for new cards.

I had the same issue with 3 decks. I dont know what can i do get my decks.

I try close and open for several times，but I still can‘t see my new cards

Not happy server error then I lose my codes after trying again and don’t get my rewards I’m about to snap

Having the same issues. :( Restarting/reinstalling doesn’t help.
