I was wondernig, is a ground-type pokemon making more damage when using a ground attack then a water or fire type?

A ground type like Garchomp will do more damage with ground attacks due to Same Type Attack Bonus, or STAB

Yes, Graveler is a ground type so it has STAB with earthquake
