Arcanine ex acting up

for whatever reason, my arcanine ex (i actually have three) are kinda glitching out.
Whenever I use the Bright Flames attack, which is supposed to make you discard 2 energys, It only makes me discard one.
You're probbably thinking, "why would you report this?! You can use it to your advantage!"
Strangley, everyone else seems too have this glitch too.
This topic may already exist, and if so, I apologize.
P.S: glitch only works sometimes

It's not a bug. It's because Charizard's Burn Brightly Ability makes each Fire Energy count as two.
We're getting posts like these daily at this point lol
