Bug playing against garde deck

Opponent was playing a deck with the garde card that was just unbanned. I put enough energy onto my active Pokémon to retreat and the game froze. They did not play anything or use an attack that would prevent me from retreating.

    Gardevoir wasn't banned.


    Why can't you give more specific information than this though?
