Crash during pack redemption

Just had the TCG Live program crash on me after I'd clicked to redeem several Paldea Evolved packs, but before I actually clicked to collect all the cards from the redeemed packs. Reopening the program and trying to redeem the cards again says the codes are already redeemed, however there doesn't appear to be any way for me to confirm if that's actually happened or not. I don't appear to have received any more tokens, and it seems unlikely that I didn't get a single duplicate card from those packs, but I'm not able to easily confirm looking through my collection if I did receive something new or not.

Has anyone else experienced any similar issues with redemption?

It's happening with me as well. The game has been trying to redeem 3 packs of POP 2 for a day so far.
