Redeem codes not showing

Has anyone had the same issue, i redeemed a couple of paldea evolve booster codes recently and successfully done it and when i go to the ptcg it is not showing me anything.

    In the TCG Live Redeem web page, after you type the booster pack code and click Submit Code you have make sure the code is checked and valid then click the Redeem button.

    After this when you login into TCG Live those Paldea Evolve packs should popup automatically on the screen, then you click on them to open and get the cards.

    *Make sure you use the TCG Live redeem page and not the old TCG Online Redeem page, I'm not sure if the old one is still up in case you saved the old url.
