Glimmora "Shattering Crystal" bug

On a recent match, my opponent flipped heads after knocking out my Glimmora, but was able to pull a prize card. The rest of the match proceeded normally, with several tail flips, then a heads flip toward the end of the match that was handled by the software correctly.

I checked to see if there were any abilities or trainers that would have allowed my opponent to override Glimmora's ability, but there were none. I don't have details on the cards that they played, because I figured that I would check after the match, not knowing that the play-by-play feature that was in PTCGO did not make it to Live.
