Volcanion V Dynamite Tackle

Volcanion V´s Dynamite Tackle is bugged, since getting the 10 or more damage won´t trigger the 150 more damage. Try it by adding damage from opponent´s attack, stadium cards and Radiant Alakazam.

This used to work as intended on the past.

The same is happening to me. I have damage on Volcanion but they're still hitting for 100? did you find out the reason why?

10 damage counters, not 10 damage. In other words, you need 100 damage on it. Read cards carefully.
