[Bug] Lost credits exchanging for an extra copy of Radiant Greninja

I spent some credits to get a radiant Greninja, but then nothing happened. I pressed the exchange button again and then it said it was a success. It used up 2 Radiant Greninja's worth of credits, but I only got one copy because of the 1 card limit.

    This is known. If it says that it failed, restart the game.

    No, it did not say it failed, it said nothing, then success when i pressed the button again, and it used up 1,200 credits to get 1 copy of Radiant Greninja

    Same thing happened to me with two Surfing Pikachu V, I reported and they gave me back the credits but took away two Surfing Pikachu V that I obtained in booster packs, they gotta be the most stupid customer service employees I've ever met

    these are the most unreliable devs ever. an indie team could do better
