Potential Yoga Loop issue

Maybe I'm wrong on this so please correct me, but if Medicham V uses yoga loop on a turn and takes another turn, then after my turn is over they can't use yoga loop again right? If that's the case yoga loop appears to be broken in game.....if it's not the case then my bad. :-)

If you take another turn after using Yoga Loop you cannot use it on that second turn. So if you are able to use it in this situation it's a bug.

Your opponent can't use it during their next turn. If they took an extra turn because of the attack they can't use it during the extra turn, but they can the turn after you take a turn.
