Trainer Club Password Change and now can’t log into app on Chromebook?
I play Live on a Lenovo Chromebook. I needed to update my Trainer Club pw today and after doing so have been unable to get back into the game. I’ve tried uninstalling but nothing has worked. After I am prompted to select a language preference, my only options are to create an account, forgot username or forgot password. I don’t have any more of the box to actually enter username/pw. Has anyone encountered this? I’ve clicked Create and then was able to log in on the website but it doesn’t link to the app. If I X out, I’m taken back to choosing a language preference. Thanks for any suggestions!

Support wrote back. While I was able to download the game on a Chromebook and play it until I changed my password, chromebook is not a supported format and I needed to have the game on a supported device.
