Switch Cart Bug
I can't play the Switch Cart Item when I'm in battle. I've played multiple battles with Switch Cart in my deck and during every turn it won't highlight the card as an option to play. It also won't let me bring the card forward to play it. The rule on the card says that I can play as many Item cards in a turn as I'd like, and I should be able to switch my active pokemon with a pokemon on my bench.

What was your active Pokémon, if it wasn’t basic, the card is working as intended, if it was then this is indeed a bug. Please read the card before reporting bugs, particularly switch cart, because this is the most reported false bug.

Is the pokemon in your active spot a basic? That's the only way you can play the switch cart. It doesn't work if an evolved mon is in your active
