Bugged Gardevoir EX's ability

I often find myself unable to attack energies with Gardevoir EX's ability on the active pokemon, sometimes after having previously used another pokemon's ability (once Gardevoir's shiny arcana, another time the ability of mew) and sometimes without having used any other skill, but almost always when I was at the final K.O. of the match. Please fix!
