Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

I was deducted credits and didn't get the cards

I tried twice exchanging credits for two "Surfing Pikachu V" I got an "Exhange failed" screen however the credits were deducted and I didn't receive the cards
